So why do so many of us not know our company’s vision?

When it comes to tendering for business, clients like to work with firms who have relatable qualities in the way they conduct themselves and their culture. Therefore having an understanding of this for your own business is imperative before you even get started. You need to have an offering that sets you apart from your competitors, everyone might be able to fill the contract but why should they specifically choose you? Your vision, values and mission.

We might let you off with having to double check what it is to begin with, but after that you aren’t going to get anywhere without a clear understanding!
